The Understand phase takes 1–2 weeks. The Prove It phase takes 4–8 weeks. So you'll have a working agent with measurable results within 10 weeks at most.
The whole point of the Prove It phase is to find that out before you invest further. If the agent can't handle your process reliably, we'll tell you why. You're out the cost of discovery and the pilot — not a multi-year program.
